"Vielen Dank für die Unterkunft, welche wir so nicht noch einmal buchen werden, da viel Selbstbräuner an der Badezimmer Tür klebte, in den Ecken des Bades war Dreck drin, die Waschbecken waren nicht sauber, die Brausen waren lose und hangen labberich herum, die Wohnung an sich war feucht. Alles in allem ist die Wohnung nicht weiter zu empfehlen."
"Big spacy and mordern apartment, Have nothing to complain about regarding that. However, the staff in reception of the building mostly dont speak other language than spanish. The complex includes swiming pool (not heated), Padel court and gym. We were welcome to use the pool but not the court or gym. They said it was just for residents. That is in my opinion very low and something that should be changed."
"Schöne, relativ kleine Wohnung mit 2 Bädern und großer Terrasse. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, allerdings merkt man an vielen Macken, dass hier lange nicht in die Instandhaltung investiert wurde. Im Großen und Ganzen funktioniert alles irgendwie. Die Terrasse ist sehr schön. Auch die Lage in der Nähe des Stadtstrandes ist perfekt. Empfehlenswert für Familien mit Kindern."
"Die Wohnung liegt in einer schönen Gegend. Die Wohnung sollte aber dringend saniert werden. Vor allem die Badezimmer sind schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen und auch die Sauberkeit dieser ist nicht besonders. Ein großen Lob an die Schlüsselhalterin. Sie war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit."
"Virkelig skøn lejlighed med en god beliggenhed, god parkeringsplads (merpris) og en fantastisk udsigt mod nord og øst. Virkelig lækkert. Vi er selv udlejere i den dyre kategori i et andet land, og forbedring noget kunne klart være på ting som knive, glas og generelle småting (jeg fiksede selv en løs vandhane og en håndvask, hvor selve vandhanen ikke gik på plads efter brug). Køb en Nespressomaskine. Der er ikke 4 ens vinglas og ingen knive kan skære. Vi købte en ny billig brødkniv og efterlod."

"Rummelig lejlighed m. forholdsvis godt udstyret køkken (tag selv skarpe køkkenknive med). Effektivt aircon-anlæg. Faste madrasser. Stor altan m. spisebordssæt og lille loungesæt. Udsigt over hav, strand, byområde og ind i højlandet. En fordel om sommeren, at lejligheden vender mod NØ, fordi solen så ikke bager på altanen og lejligheden hele dagen (der var rigeligt varmt i skyggen). Den store pool levede op til forventningerne. Hjælpsomme receptionister. Bus H16 kører bl. a. til Placa Cataluñya."

"Clean, bright, comfortable and modern apartment with sea view from the terrace. Smart TV and WiFi worked very well. Kitchen well equipped. Huge shopping mall with supermarket and numerous playparks nearby as well as some great tapas restaurants within walking distance. Metro less than a 15-minute walk so great location for exploring Barcelona as well as staying local."

"Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und gut ausgestattet. Leider haben wir nicht gefunden, ob und wie sie zu beheizen ist. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Ein großes Einkaufszentrum in unmittelbarer Nähe mit mäßig guten Restaurants. Man benötigt ca30-40 Minuten mit dem Bus H16 zur Innenstadt. Dieser bringt Sie auch zum Plaza Espaniol. An dem man mit dem Airportbus 46 schnell und günstig den Flughafen erreicht. Wir hatten ein 4Tage-Ticket. Das sich sehr lohnt."

"We stayed 5 days/4 nights. The condo is in the suburbs, very close to the beach, a park and a mall with a grocery store. Everything you need is close by. We didn't have a car & took a taxi cab everywhere. Cab prices to get to the Marina, Gothic Quarter, Sangrada, Casa Battlo ranged from $15 to $30 each way depending on the time of day with traffic and different tarrifs. The condo balcony was nice and had a great view, sunrise was very nice to watch. On arrival check in was quite simply, we waited in the lobby for 15 minutes and somebody came down to greet us and take us up to the condo, within minutes he was gone and left us with 2 sets of keys. The power did go off twice within the first hour of us being there. It was a problem with the breaker panel and needed to be reset. I emailed and in just over an hour she got back to me but we had figured the issue by then. She agreed to have someone come and look at it if it kept happening. It did happen again while we were there but only once a day so it wasn't a big deal. Towels given were not enough. Each person was given 1 med blue towel and each washroom had 1 floor towel and 1 hand towel. 2 of us are females with long hair so we had no towel for our hair when we came out of the shower, nor did we have a pool towel. We had been hoping to go visit the pool but with only 1 towel we would be constantly doing laundry and waiting around for a clean one before we showered afterwards. The shower door in the ensuite leaks. It looks like this has been a problem for some time. The floor towel is definitely needed and gets quite wet. We were having to put it in the dryer after using it so in the end we were all just using the main shower. The faucets were modern but starting to look dated, maybe due to the salt in the sea, things rust easily. Thr vents in the unit were very dusty and the baseboards need a good wipe town as there is sticky stuff and dust on them. The light switches should also be wiped down as I did a few and my cloth was brown. The microwave door open button is broken and the glass top on the kitchen table is cracked. The cracked area is close to the wall but it is sharp. If children were staying there they could really injure themselves. The kitchen had everything we needed, we only cooked a pizza one afternoon and cut up fruits and veggies but it was well stocked with items that one would need. Overall it is a decent place, it just needs some t. l.c and a really good clean and towels"

"Wunderschöne Wohnung, toll gelegen, ruhig, herrlicher Blick Ausstattung der Küche bezüglich Geschirr und Besteck müsste aufgestockt bzw. ausgetauscht werden, ein kleiner Kochtopf fehlte. Die Kanne der Kaffeemaschine war nicht vorhanden, auf Anfrage wurde uns gesagt, dafür gibt der Vermieter kein Geld aus. Bei mehr Liebe zum Detail könnte die Wohnung den Räumlichkeiten und der Lage entsprechend bedeutend gemütlicher sein. Freundlichkeit und Service waren super, wir durften nach Anfrage schon vor der angegebenen Zeit in die Wohnung."
